Interned at Intellect Design Arena, a global banking software company, working across full-stack development, payments, and AI. Alongside the Bank Monitoring Dashboard (see Projects), mapped the end-to-end FPX online payment lifecycle into flowcharts and sequence diagrams. Also researched AI in banking, came up with six use cases, and proposed an AI chatbot concept for corporate banking payments.

Managed schedules for international VIP delegates at a 3-day security summit hosted by Malaysia’s Ministry of Home Affairs and the Royal Malaysia Police. Worked with police liaisons to prepare and adjust plans so every booth visit and session went ahead.
